The center of the panel contains white stylized text, "MDCCCXXXII", with the letters and numbers in a decorative font. Either side of the text are gold-colored floral designs. The gold designs are three-dimensional and carved. The panel appears to be made of wood. The background behind the panel is light gray and appears to have seams.
