The image shows a piece of chain mail titled "Mail Brayette" by an unknown artist. The piece is rectangular with rounded corners, made of interlocking metal rings that are densely packed and uniform in size. The chain mail is dark gray or black and appears to be made of small, thin metal rings that are linked together in a repeating pattern. A small section of the chain mail hangs down from the bottom right corner, with about 10-12 loose rings. The background is white paper with some handwritten text at the top, but it is illegible.
