Brayette by an unknown artist. A black and white image of dark chain mail garment resembling a loincloth or briefs. The garment is made up of interlocking metal rings and has a V-shape at the bottom. It appears to be in two pieces with a gap in the middle at the bottom of the V. The background is light gray with darker gray flecks. A small white rectangle in the bottom-right corner reads "THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART 1921". A smaller white rectangle in the bottom-left corner reads "BRAYETTE".
