Dagger

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The dagger has a long, curved blade made of silver metal with visible scratches. The blade's surface appears worn. The blade's width tapers from a wide base near the handle to a sharp point at the tip. A gold-colored metal band encircles the base of the blade, adjacent to the handle. The handle is made of dark brown wood, featuring a distinctive shape with a narrower middle section and wider top and bottom sections. The top of the handle is adorned with a small, round gold-colored metal knob. The background of the image is a plain light gray color.
