Circular pendant with a pointed protrusion at the top. The pendant features a central design of a four-leaf clover surrounded by a series of concentric circles. The outermost circle has a scalloped edge and is predominantly gold with some blue, red, and white sections. The next circle inwards has alternating white and red sections with blue and gold floral motifs. The central circle is gold with a four-leaf clover design. The pendant appears to be made of metal and has a worn, aged appearance.
