Gold, blue, and red metal pendant. Round shape with a protruding circular center. The center depicts a human head facing forward with short hair and a rounded neck. The center circular panel is surrounded by a red circle with protruding teardrop shapes around its edge. The red circle is surrounded by a blue circle with gold patterning and eight protruding points around its edge. The blue circle is surrounded by a gold circle with a pattern around its outside edge. The gold circle is surrounded by a blue background with gold shapes. There are eight holes around the outside edge for possible attachment to a harness or badge. The pendant appears to have deteriorated, marked by areas of wear and discoloration. The background behind the pendant is gray.
