Dark brown, circular sword guard with a honeycomb pattern etched into it. The guard has a central cutout in the shape of a teardrop. Two oval gold inlays are on either side of the cutout. A gold inlaid design depicting a shishi lion is in the bottom-left corner. A black inlaid design depicting a face is in the top-right corner. Red numbers are written vertically on the right side of the cutout.
