The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The dagger, titled "Partisan" by its artist, has a long, thin blade that tapers to a point at the tip. The upper half of the blade is silver with visible speckles on its surface. The lower half of the blade, along with the crossguard, is gold-colored and exhibits a textured appearance. The crossguard has a flame-like shape at each end. The handle features a checkered pattern in alternating white and brown sections. The dagger is set against a plain gray background.
