Pair of Ear Guards from a Shaffron (Horse's Head Defense)
Two metal pieces, made of silver or gray metal, resembling horse head defenses. The piece on the left shows a more detailed face with a prominent nose and mouth, and appears to have a mane or hair on top. The piece on the right shows a less detailed face with nostrils and a small section of the mouth. Both pieces have visible rivet holes around their edges. The metal has a weathered appearance with darker spots and discoloration. The background is a plain light grey color. The two pieces are positioned facing each other. The piece on the left appears to be more complete. The right piece appears to be missing a section at the bottom.
