Red-brown shield with a distinctive kidney-shaped or bean-shaped form. A central coat of arms features a cross dividing four quadrants with distinct designs. A double-headed eagle is on top. Eight decorated sections radiate from the coat of arms. The shield's surface exhibits darker splotches and a dotted border.
