Shoe Buckle

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Metal shoe buckle with a silver-colored rectangular plate with rounded edges and three rivets; a circular frame attached to the left with a prong through it. The buckle has a worn, tarnished appearance with visible signs of aging and wear. The rectangular plate is attached by three small round rivets. The circular frame is on the left and has a small loop through it. The background is a plain light grey color. The buckle appears to be an old "Shoe Buckle" by an unknown artist.
