Teardrop shaped top with a smaller round turquoise stone, larger oval-shaped turquoise stone with a gold circle in the middle and black veins, and a smaller turquoise stone at the bottom. A larger round turquoise stone with black veins and gold ball edging in the middle, and a three-leaf clover-shaped turquoise stone at the bottom. The background is a light gray surface. Earring by artist unidentified.
