The jar; Earthenware with stamped and burnished decoration. Brown ceramic jar with bulbous body and narrow neck; mouth of jar is wide and flat. The body of the jar is a mottled brown with darker brown and lighter brown speckles. The neck features three raised horizontal lines; the top section of the neck has stamped crosshatch pattern. The background is gray, getting darker toward the top. A shadow is cast to the right of the jar.
