The sculpture Vase by Pablo Picasso is a shiny gray ceramic piece. The base consists of two spherical shapes, one larger than the other, positioned side by side. A stem-like structure rises from the larger sphere, curving to the right. A smaller spherical shape is attached to the right side of the stem. The top of the stem flares out into a trumpet-like shape, forming the opening of the vase. The entire piece has a reflective surface with visible brush strokes. It is set against a white background with a shadow cast to the right.
