The four areas between the prongs have open space. Leaves with stems are carved around the center circle. The leaves have curved tips and veins and some have textured surfaces. The bottom leaf has a short curved stem on the left and right. The stem has a number written on the bottom left: 21.175.76. The background is a textured gray surface. The artist and title is "Disk".
