Medallion by artist, a white or light-colored stone relief sculpture of an insect. The sculpture is symmetrical, with two round protrusions on either side of a center ridge, resembling an insect's eyes. The centers of the round sections have four curved shapes resembling a four-leaf clover. The top half of the sculpture is wider than the bottom half. The top section protrudes and curls outward in rounded points. The bottom section has two rounded points on either side. The background of the image is solid black. The number 565 handwritten in black on the right side.
