Pomegranates

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The sculpture consists of three pomegranate-shaped vessels made of carved jade or stone. The largest vessel, resembling a pomegranate, is positioned centrally on a wooden base. The two smaller vessels are on either side of the largest, one smaller and one wider. The base is intricately carved with a floral design. The background is a gradient transitioning from white to gray. The image depicts "Pomegranates" by an unknown artist.
