Rectangular, cylindrical inrō with rounded edges and slightly curved sides. The inrō is divided into five sections. It has a black cord threaded through a gold bead and attached to the top. The cord is tied in a bow at the top right. The inrō features a gold background with a pattern of orange and red autumn leaves and black stems. A small, yellow fabric with a black floral design is tied to the cord above the inrō. The background is light gray.
