The plate is round and white with a wide rim. The rim has a black and white design around the edge. Inside the rim, there are illustrations of leaves and fruit on branches. In the center of the plate, there is a large circular design featuring a dragon. The dragon is surrounded by a circle with a pattern around it. There are also illustrations of various sea creatures around the dragon.
