White ceramic ewer with a long curved spout on the left side and a curved handle on the right. The ewer has a narrow neck and a bulbous body. A raised design of a branch with flowers is on the front. The lid has a small finial in the center. The base has some small orange text and a red number "752-486A". The background is a gradient from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom.
