The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The image depicts a broken piece of clay with a drawing on it. The clay is orange-brown. The piece is roughly a quarter circle. A black drawing on the clay depicts a woman's torso. The woman is drawn with short hair and her body facing the right. She appears to be wearing a short dress and earrings. Her left arm is bent at the elbow and her hand appears to grasp flowers. There are several flower-like drawings on the clay along with a circular indentation. The background is a plain white surface. A shadow is cast on the surface underneath the clay.
