The Vase by Bernard Leach. A large, bulbous ceramic vase with a narrow neck and wide body. The vase is predominantly light gray with darker gray speckles throughout. The surface appears to have a textured, rough quality with visible speckles and a subtle sheen. The base is slightly narrower than the body and the overall shape tapers upwards to the neck. A small lip is visible at the top. The vase is positioned against a plain white wall with a shadow cast to the left.
