One from a Pair of Solid Anklets with Spiral Decoration

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

A solid anklet with spiral decoration. The anklet is circular and made of a weathered greenish metal. It appears to be bronze. The anklet has a smooth rounded cross-section. The top half of the anklet is decorated with spiral patterns. There are two rectangular shaped notches on the bottom of the anklet, on either side, where it appears to be hinged. The anklet is on a gray background and takes up most of the image.
