The image depicts a colorful boat with a dragon head at the front. The boat has a curved sail with a circular design on it. Three small figures, resembling rats, are on the boat. One rat stands at the back, wearing a blue outfit and holding a stick. Two other rats sit near the center, one wearing a pink outfit. The boat has a blue and orange body with a wavy pattern along the bottom. A large spiral shell with a blue and red design is in front of the rats. The background is beige with Japanese writing in black and red ink. Green plants are on the right side of the boat.
