Tweezer and Ear-Spoon

Metal tool with long, thin handle, approximately 6-7 times longer than wide. Handle is cylindrical with slight tapering at top, and small decorative twist in middle. Two curved prongs at bottom, each approximately the same width throughout, curving outward then inward to form rounded tips. Prongs are smooth and shiny, with slight gap between them. Tool appears to be made of dark-colored metal.
