The dragonfly's wings are translucent with gold detailing. One dragonfly faces left and another faces right. The dragonfly on the right has a gold head. The background of the case remains black. Small Japanese characters appear on left. A small silver rectangle appears on bottom left. The case is divided into two panels side-by-side.
