Rectangular, black lacquer case with rounded corners and a small knob on top, adorned with a rope-like trim around the edges. The case features a design with gold dots on a black background. On one side, there are gold and blue fan shapes, gold lines, and blue and gold objects resembling a dancer's bells. On the other side, there is a gold fan, blue and gold plum blossoms, gold pines, and green grass. The case appears to be a traditional Japanese inrō.
