A bronze Netsuke of a Kappa sitting on its haunches. The Kappa has a humanoid body covered in scales. The body is tilted slightly to the right. The head is turned forward with a neutral expression. Two bangs hang down on either side of the head. The hands are clasped together in front of the body. The left leg is bent, foot tucked under the body next to the right leg which is extended. The feet have three clawed toes each. The background is white.
