The medal is a gold eagle with outstretched wings on top of a starburst design. The starburst design has a central vertical white diamond with a blue and red design on either side. The blue parts have gold borders. The blue and red parts have sharp pointed tips. To the right of the medal is a round button. The button has a star design with four points and a dark border. The star design on the button is gold.
