Diamond-Point for Carving Jade

Long, thin object with a pointed metal tip on one end and a similar but thicker metal piece on the other end. Object is made of a light-colored wood or bamboo, with black writing and designs on it. Two metal bands, one thicker than the other, are on the object, the thicker one with a flower-like etched design and the thinner one with some black numbers.
