Sleeve Band

Top section has two moths with long antennae at the top, and large flowers with long stems below. The bottom section has a design of fish swimming among seaweed and plants. The fabric appears to be made of a shiny material, possibly silk. The piece is titled "Sleeve Band" and attributed to an unknown artist.
