The fabric depicts a design featuring a moth at top center and another moth to the right; both are dark with striped wings. The moths are flying above large flowers with multiple petals; these flowers are on long stems with leaves and are reflected in a line of symmetry down center of fabric. The bottom third of fabric depicts a pond scene with lily pads and plants. The image appears to have several vertical creases and horizontal lines indicating panels or seams. The title is "Sleeve Band" and the artist is unknown.
