The building features a large, dark doorway on its bottom level and several windows and balconies on the upper levels. A group of people in colorful clothing are gathered outside the building. Several individuals ride on horseback or elephants, while others stand or walk. Above the building, several chariots are shown, each pulled by horses and carrying people.
