Piece from a Kosode with Incomplete Floral Pattern
Dark blue rectangular piece of fabric with a floral pattern. The fabric is mostly dark blue with some lighter blue vertical streaks. In the upper left and right corners, there are gold floral patterns. The gold flowers are clustered in groups and have rounded shapes. A single white flower with a long stem is in the lower left corner. The gold and white flowers appear to be randomly scattered along the top edge. The fabric appears to be a traditional Japanese kosode.
