Cage crinoline
The Cage crinoline by H. Winterhalter consists of a cream-colored wire frame skirt with multiple concentric circles forming a bell shape. The frame has four vertical strips of fabric with snaps on either side. Two long strips of fabric are tied around the waist of a dress form, fastened with a small bow on the right side. The background is black. The dress form is off-white and only visible from the neck to the hips.
