The Petticoat by an unknown artist shows a skirt, possibly a petticoat, on a headless mannequin. The skirt is cream colored with a pink flower print. A scalloped pink band separates the pink and cream colors. The bottom half of the skirt is sheer with yellow lace overlay. The bottom of the skirt is edged in yellow lace. The skirt is displayed on a mannequin with a plain grey background.
