Cream-colored waistcoat with a high collar and armholes. Front has 14 buttons and buttonholes down center. Two pockets with rectangular flaps at bottom. Decorated with a repeating pattern of three wide vertical stripes on either side of buttons; outer stripes have a curvilinear design, central stripe floral design. Floral and leaf embroidery throughout. Small bound slit at top on either side of collar. Black background. Artist: Unknown Title: Waistcoat
