Cream-colored waistcoat by artist unknown. The waistcoat has a high collar and armholes that curve slightly under the arm. It has a front closure with seven buttons. The waistcoat has two pockets, one on each side, with rectangular, stitched openings. The fabric is cream-colored with dark red polka dots. There is a central, vertical floral embroidery strip that runs from the collar to the bottom hem. The floral embroidery also appears on the pockets and the bottom hem. The collar, armholes, and pocket edges have dark red stitching. The background of the image is black.
