Waistcoat

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Cream-colored waistcoat by Savile Row, laid flat on a black background, with a high neckline and armholes that curve slightly. The waistcoat has a lapel-style front with a row of six buttons down the center, and two pockets, one with a pocket square partially inserted. A decorative band of fabric with a subtle pattern runs along the bottom edge and across the lower part of the pockets. A small tag is visible inside at the back of the neck.
