Black tea gown by House of Worth. Long dress with high neck. Long sleeves ending in cuffs. The fabric appears to have a subtle grid pattern. There is lace on the bodice and sleeves. The skirt has a layer of gathered or pleated fabric under a lace overlay. The bottom of the skirt is frayed with some areas missing fabric.
