The sculpture depicts the head and upper neck of a Bodhisattva. The head is made of stone and has a brown color with darker brown and gray patches. The face is oval-shaped with a flat top of the head, prominent cheekbones, and a pointed chin. The eyes are closed, and the eyebrows are thin and arched. The nose is straight and proportional to the rest of the facial features. The lips are thin and form a slight smile. There are long earlobes hanging down. The hair is styled in a tall, pointed topknot. The background is dark, transitioning from black at the top to gray at the bottom.
