Engaged Capital with Birds and Dragons
Carved stone column capital, light brown in color. The top is flat and rectangular with a slight lip on the front. The body is square with a curved corner on the front left, depicting a dragon or serpent curled around and on top of a plant. On the left edge is a bird standing on the back of a small humanoid figure bending over. On the right edge is another bird looking down towards the center. The background fades from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom. The carvings are simple and textured suggesting a medieval influence, likely by an unknown artist. The title of the piece is "Engaged Capital with Birds and Dragons".
