The coin is silver and circular. The obverse side features a relief image of a woman's head facing left. The woman has long wavy hair and four short, thin, curved lines on top of her head, resembling a fillet or diadem. The reverse side features an incuse square divided into four triangular sections by a cross-like shape. The coin's edges are slightly raised and rough. The background of the image is white. The coin by Hecte, with a head of Omphale on the obverse and an incuse square on the reverse.
