Medallion by Henri Emile Allouard. Two rectangular bronze medallions. Left medallion: A woman standing on a globe, wearing a short flowing dress, and a laurel wreath on her head. She holds a palm branch in her right hand and a bunch of flowers in her left hand. A lion lies at her feet, and a building resembling a church is visible in the background. Right medallion: A man and two women. The man wears a suit and hat, and holds a cane. The two women wear long dresses and one of them wears a veil. Inscriptions on the right medallion include 'VIRTUS', 'CARITAS', 'AUX DAMES DE', and 'LA CROIX ROUGE'. Both medallions have decorative borders with leaves and flowers.
