On either side, vertically placed text reads "VIRTUS" on the left and "CARITAS" on the right. The plaque has a decorative border with floral elements at the top and bottom. The top corners feature starburst designs. A blank rectangular panel with a decorative border is at the bottom. The background of the image is a gradient from dark gray to light gray.
