Two plaques with a cloverleaf shape. The plaques have a gold border with four holes, one in each rounded extension of the cloverleaf. The plaque on the left features a religious scene with an angel on the left and a woman on the right; the plaque on the right features a religious scene with two men and a cross. Both plaques have a stained glass background with a grid pattern; the top lobe is blue with white clouds on the left plaque; the right plaque has a blue background throughout. The bottom lobes of both plaques are green with a grass-like pattern; the right plaque also features a tree. The figures on both plaques are rendered in light-colored metal with detailed drapery folds.
