The Poincare-Clemenceau Medal by Henri Nocq depicts two bronze medallions. The left medallion features two men in suits facing right, side-by-side. The right medallion displays a scene with a horse-drawn chariot and several people. A woman appears to be standing in the chariot. A man and a woman are standing on the left. A man on a horse and another person are on the right. The bottom text reads "STRASBOURG 1918".
