The Poincare-Clemenceau Medal by Henri Nocq features two bronze medallions. The left medallion has a bronze color and is circular in shape. Two men are depicted in profile facing right. The man on the left's text below reads "RAYMOND POINCARE PRESIDENT DE LA REPUBLIQUE" and "GEORGES CLEMENCEAU PRESIDENT DU CONSEIL". The right medallion also has a bronze color and is circular. It depicts a scene with several people on a chariot. The chariot has a wheel visible and is being pulled by a horse. There are two people standing in front of the chariot. One person is holding a flag. The text at the bottom reads "METZ - STRASBOURG LE 19 NOVEMBRE 1918".
