The Poincare-Clemenceau Medal by Henri Nocq features two bronze medallions. The left medallion has a bronze color and is circular in shape. Two men are depicted in profile facing right. It depicts a scene with several people on a chariot. The chariot has a wheel visible and is being pulled by a horse. There are two people standing in front of the chariot. One person is holding a flag. The text at the bottom reads "METZ - STRASBOURG LE 19 NOVEMBRE 1918".
