The mask depicts a human head with a neutral expression. The face is painted with a tan complexion, black eyebrows, and black mustache and soul patch; the eyes are yellow with red inner corners; and the lips are reddish-brown. The mask has circular protrusions on either side of the face at ear level and a protrusion on top. The background is gray with a vignette effect. The title of the piece is "Head" by the artist Isamu Noguchi.
