There are 8 lines of text written in an old language with black ink. The text and musical notes appear to be in a Gothic or medieval style. At the bottom of the page, some faint, difficult to read writing is present. Several darker spots and stains are scattered across the page. Red ink is used for lines and some musical notation. The edges of the page are rough and uneven.
